What time is check-in?

Between 17:00 and 20:00. But if you are going to arrive later, contact us and that's it.

Can you request an early check-in?

It is not always possible, but just in case, ask for it.

Can I check-in online?

Yes, but we will receive you and show you the apartment.

How can I manage my reservation?

Can I change my reservation?

When there are more than 16 days left until the day of entry.

What is the best way to contact the establishment?

By calling your cell phone or writing an email, you will be attended to in both ways.

Is there parking?

Yes. We have one parking space per apartment

How much does parking cost?

€15 the whole day

Is parking free?

When the stay is longer than 2 nights, yes.

What is breakfast tray?

It is a tray that you will receive on the day of arrival with a dose of natural coffee, and another of decaffeinated coffee per person per night of accommodation. A small bottle of Roiboos tea, sugar, and products made by hand in our valley (muffins, jams and organic yogurt)

Are there any special offers?

From the fourth night of accommodation there is a 20% discount

How can I benefit from the discount?

When making the reservation, choosing the apartment and entering the date, you will see a list with the offers. You have to choose the one that corresponds to the number of nights you are going to stay, and the reservation will appear with the price of the offer in question.

What is the check-out time?

Early in the morning whenever you want, and the deadline is 12:00.

Can I do a late check-out?

On few occasions. In high season it is not usually possible, but in low season, ask just in case.

What time do you have to leave the apartment?

Before 12:00

Are there family apartments?

Only one, the Kamamile apartment which is for 4 people.

Do the apartments have a balcony?

All apartments have a balcony, except the apartment located on the ground floor

Are there views of the valley from the apartments?

Yes, they all have views of the valley. But the one on the ground floor covers less view.

Pets Allowed?

We allow dogs, but not cats.

What is the pet policy?

We have 4 conditions:

1.- That they respect the rest of those staying in the other apartments

2.- If they meet other people in common areas, restrain or tie the dog.

3.- We prefer that dogs do not get on the sofa or bed, but if they do, dog owners must put a waterproof cover on both the bed and the sofa, because if the dog urinates or vomits it will be the dog owner who will take care of the new sofa or new mattress.

4.- The towels that we put in the bathroom are only for humans. If you need a towel for the dog, you have to ask us for them.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free up to 16 days before the reservation.

If you cancel the reservation between 15 and 8 days before the check-in date, we will charge you 20% of the total.

And if you cancel it already in the last week we will charge you 40% of the total.

I want to cancel a reservation, can I?

You can cancel it for free when there are more than 16 days left before the arrival date, but the bank costs of returning the deposit of the reservation guarantee are your responsibility.

What appliances are in the apartment's mini kitchen?

Sink, undercounter refrigerator with small freezer, 2-burner induction, microwave, toaster, mixer, kettle, Senseo coffee maker.

Do the apartments  have a hair dryer?

Yes, yes they do

Is there air conditioning in the room?

No. But the apartments have a good thermal envelope, and fans and if you follow our instructions you can achieve a good comfort temperature.

Are there sheets in the apartments?

Of course. When you arrive, the apartment will be dressed with sheets on the bed and towels in the bathroom.

How often are the sheets and towels changed?

They are not changed for stays of less than 7 nights. Unless some mishap has occurred.

Is there daily cleaning of the apartment?

No. When you arrive, the apartment will be clean and dressed, but during the days of stay, the cleaning and order of the apartment is the responsibility of the guest.

Can I request extra cleaning of the apartment?

Yes, you can request it, at least one day in advance, and for a cost of €25 per hour of work.

Is there a washing machine in the property?

There are 2 washing machines in the laundry room, with detergent, stalls, tongs, iron and ironing boards, so you can clean the clothes yourself.

This little room is for the 5 apartments to use. That's why once you've ironed the clothes, you have to put the iron and board back in the room.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment. But on the terrace you can do it.

Is there wifi in the apartments?

Yeah.

High season:
The summer months, from the last week of June to the first week of September, both included.
The bridges.
Easter week.
Christmas.
Low Season: the rest of the year.

Can I stay for one night only?

No, the minimum stay in low season is 2 nights.

On bridges, the minimum stay is the entire bridge.

During Easter and Christmas, the minimum stay is 4 nights.

In the summer months we rent the apartments for entire weeks with arrival and departure on Mondays.

What type of bed is in the apartments?

All beds are 150 x 190cm Viscolastic.
